Horrible. The first time I ordered, the order took over an hour and a half and when I finally got the order, sauces were missing. And I asked I got a «we don’t have that» I said they could have replaced it with something else instead of giving me nothing. I got a blank stare. I go to pay and the driver said«uh I don’t have any change» so she basically gave herself a MUCH larger tip than was deserved. That night I got a call from the district manager stating he’d put a free pizza and the sauces I was owed on the store account and to just call when I would like to redeem. He offered to have it recent, but I was ordering the pizza at work, and I live no where near here. So I saved it for another time. I call today, and I was told I had to do it online. I explained that’s not what I was told. She then said there was already an order and I’d have to pay. I told her I had not placed any order yet. And why do I have to pay if I was told it was free. I was getting no where with her so before I got put on hold, I decided to just eat something else. The person I spoke with was so rude and unhelpful. I’ll be calling later to speak with the manager again.

Called and manager said it was not possible as everyone who eat that day would be sick. Do they put the same ingredients on all pizzas? I do not think so. I use to work for them and know how they handle it, they deny all calls of food poisoning and then call the area manager who tells you to throw away all the mushrooms and anything else you had on your pizza. They then give you credit for 2 free pizzas like that makes up for making your family sick. Took almost 90 minutes to receive order, I would like to know how long the pizza was in the pizza bag in the car before it was delivered as the pizza was barely warm and old looking. I have made 1000’s of pizza and know when a pizza is old. If it sits for to long they are to remake it but never do.

HORRIBLE! It’s raining outside so I called to see how long it would take to deliver. They tell me 75 mins or more. I get off the phone to order online to get points for my order. 30 mins later I pull up to pick up my pizza. They had not even started on the pizza! They fail to mention that when they tell me it will be a few minutes. Why you ask, does it take so ooooh long to make a pizza? Because the one person is answering the phone, making the pizza and packing the orders. Everyone else is standing around lolly gagging. A driver eating in plain view, that’s why it takes 75 minutes for delivery. The cook talking about games to a customer and another lady counting money and stopping to tell the one worker that the phone is ringing instead of answering it herself. Don’t order from there. If you do, order an hour before you think you will be hungry.

Ordered here for the first time yesterday and were very pleased with the outcome. We had to go pick it up as they would not deliver to our address and it if you’re not paying close attention you’ll pass it up. We ordered two large pizzas which were ready when we arrived(about 15 min after ordering online) and they were piping hot and delicious. They were very slow when I picked up the order, they were not making any pizza’s so I guess it was a slow day. The order was correct and the even gave us extra dipping sauces. Wished they delivered but you probably get better(hot) pizza if you pick it up yourself.
