Best Panda Express I’ve ever been too. Super fresh food, veggies made to order. Staff is super friendly and always remembers us. I will be sad to leave Houston and this place– we ate here our first night in town and will eat here our last. Highly recommend.

If you’re in the mood for asian cuisine and want something quick, this is a nice option. In case you’ve never been to a Panda Express, you’re basically walking through a cafeteria line picking options like fried rice or noodles. orange or teriyaki chicken. I suggest getting the bowl size with one entre and one side(i.e. chicken and rice). Alternatively, if you haven’t eaten in 2 weeks, you can get a plate which I think is 2 entres and one side. Fountain soda available if you’re interested in that. The food here is pretty good. If you’re wanting something fast that isn’t burger and fries this is a good option in the area. Located in a shopping center so parking is not an issue. No drive-thru though so you must walk in and order… :(

I visited at 9:18PM and the store closing time is 10:00PM. Still most of the items were over and they said they are not preparing any more of those. So basically I was left at the mercy of what leftovers were there. Highly disappointed by this kind of service. And this is 2nd time this has happened to me at this store. How can 40mins before your closing time you start denying customers of food ??? I should better go to Cici’s Pizza /Sonic /Potbelly Sandwich /Wich-wich /Chipotle next time which are just adjscent to this Panda Express.

Worst service ever at this location. Employees yelling at each other while customers wait in line to pay.

I love it here I give it 4 stars only because some days I go in it may not be as fresh as I like it. And some days the noodles have no flavor… Other than that I love it … The coconut shrimp there and the orange chicken are so good!!!

Well the food Is actually okay today with the exception of the carrots in the mixed vegis are brown and not cooked! But the fact that the air conditioning isn’t working on a day when it’s 99 degrees outside is really sad. I feel bad for the employees! It’s 2 in the afternoon on this very hot day and to not care about your employees well being is sad! Let’s get it together Panda Express owners! Not to mention I’m sitting here trying to eat and sweating to death! And a roach just crawled across my foot! Have to check this location off my list for future reference!

Usually come here to pick up food for the office. Cake here today by myself to eat and noticed a sign saying«No Public Restroom». Sorry but that annoys me. Turned around and left. They are usually quick and friendly in their service and the place is clean. But to not open your restrooms to your customers is a problem for me.

The«manager» Alice threw a fit because I requested fresh string bean chicken since I refuse to pay to eat something thats been left sitting out on a heating tray for what has been clearly wayyy too long.(greenbeans should have some snap, not look brown and have the consistency of a wet noodle). The server who took my order said it would take 15 minutes and then Alice approached me less than two minutes later claiming it was finished and proceeded to insist the same exact old shit I just said I didn’t want was in fact a new batch that was magically prepared in the minute it took for me to turn around. I repeatedly requested a business card and for the name of her boss after a shouting match over the counter, and I was given a reciept with the store’s phone number on top, nothing else. Normally I wouldnt care so much, but when I brought my family of 4, all of whom only order the string bean chicken, in to eat and receive a major attitude about a simple request… it’s unacceptable and completely unprofessional behavior, especially from someone who claims to be management. Thanks to Alice, I will never spend another dime at this location, and would strongly suggest all others do the same.

Food is decent. Portions are actually small. Lines can be long.

Meh. It’s definitely NOT gourmet. Well, they do have different flavors not offered at your usual Chinese takeout spots so its different. But nothing amazing to write home about. Place is typically clean and staff is fast. Not entirely attendant, but fast nonetheless.

Where else can you get fresh vegetables that are steamed? And it’s a fast-food restaurant. It’s hard to find any kind of veggies, anywhere, but fresh and steamed. I try to go at least once a week to get my veggie fix. :-) Get half veggies, half rice for your side. Only complaint: the plastic forks are made too thin to eat the Broccoli with. Need sturdier forks! :-)

They have generic Chinese food here. I liked the display of daily prepared fresh veggies, but I came in as they were about to close and food was kind of crusty. The customer service was good and they offered to make more food if we didn’t see anything we liked under the heat lamps. I got some kind of crunchy chicken with sweet glaze sauce… might have been General Tso’s. Probably would have been better if I had come earlier. The crab rangoons were pretty generic… the sweet and sour sauce had kind of an odd, overpowering citrus flavor. Service was really good. Food was a little worse than mall Chinese food.

What am I to think when the best fried rice and beef and broccoli I can find has always been at the Panda Express no matter where I have lived? On the one hand this is supposed to be fast food Chinese which should mean fast, inexpensive, inauthentic, and cheap quality. But yet they always have the best quality fresh, non fatty beef in their beef and broccoli. They always prepare their fried rice the correct way, in a real wok, with scrambled eggs, peas and carrots, and just a hint of soy sauce, and I always leave the table here full, and no I’m never hungry again in a half hour. When I stopped by the other day it was around 4:30. I saw no homeless people, there was no line, and all the food bins were full and fresh. My only minor quibbles are that I had to explain my order twice to the polite young lady behind the counter(I tend to speak softly I guess), and almost $ 9 is a lot to pay for what is after all supposed to be fast food Chinese. But ya know what? I have tried lots of other Chinese restaurants in lots of different towns and cities, and I never seem to get better Chinese food anywhere else. Like my friend told me when I mentioned this to her though, «Who cares, just be happy that you found it and you like it.»

I like Panda Express but not all of them. This one here is getting close to me not liking it as much. I have come here on a few occasions well before closing hours and they never have steamed rice or fresh veggies. When I ask if they can make fresh veggies they look very unhappy. As far as steamed rice go I thought it was a staple so how is it that they are always out of it. Sometimes the lines can get really long not because they don’t have help but because they don’t seem to know how to utilize the help they have when it comes to knocking down a line. They can definitely improve in certain areas. The customer service is always hit or miss.

Oh HELLZ to the NO. Yuck to the yuck. I love Panda Express, but this location must be a magnet for late night homeless people to go in, wash up in the bathroom and sit around. Manager on duty: you need to watch that. The only thing that customers should smell is the food, if you get what I mean. Not worth my time to write a long review. Suffice to say that this is one of the worst Panda Express locations I’ve ever been to. I went there around 7pm – three hours before this location was due to close. Soggy entrees that sat in nearly empty pans, overcooked egg rolls, and smaller than average servings for higher than average prices.

Well, it’s a Panda Express. You come in, you tell them what combo you want, and you point the side/vegetables/meats you want and they scoop it out for you. Can’t really give them a 5 for that. Anyway, I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait long in a line at this location. Food is decent and I always get the triple! Why the triple, you ask? Well it’s because every time you get a receipt from a Panda Express, you can look behind it and you would see a «free entrée» offer after you fill out a satisfaction survey online. Well guess what? All you have to do is fill out the survey once, get that offer code and you can use it again and again and again. So I always get the triple for the price of a double. You’re welcome! Oh yeah, the egg rolls taste pretty good too.

Best Panda Express experience … ever? Possible. No line. Sweet! Unlike the ridic long-lasting fail at the Greenway Plaza Panda, the food container things are fully stocked with food — not bottom of the barrel scrapes of the refuse. This is good. This is very good. How many years have I been going to Panda and this is the first time I get a free sample of anything on a toothpick? Awesome. It was beef something or other, it had a red glaze to it. It was pretty good honestly — but today was all about the chicken. The employee, Adrian, was the nicest and most friendly worker I have ever come across at all Pandas nationwide. He was chatty in the good way, we had a good conversation, and he made sure my order was perfect by balancing the pineapples, pepper, and chicken in the sweetfire chicken part of the order. And at the register when I asked for extra packages of soy sauce and the chili sauce he gave me a handful extra, not the pitiful one extra each the Greenway location is hell-bent on providing you with to ensure that your soy sauce soaking extravaganza of the fried rice does not bankrupt this uh, financially sound corporation. Even the Diet Pepsi came out perfect. Most soda machines in this area are bad. But not this one. Great lunch option if you are nearby.
