Pampered Luxury Mobile Spa

HORRIBLE COMPANY! I requested a spa day service for 6 people weeks in advance. On the day of my appointment I was contacted & told they were on the way to my house. 45 mins later I was contacted by the owner again, Erica Johnson & told her team was involved in a horrible car accident & could not make it to my appointment. Erica who is the owner claimed she had no one else to come out that day & would have to cancel or reschedule my appointment. After several hours of going back & forth my appointment was rescheduled for 6÷30÷12 and I was told it would be free since Pampered Luxury made the error. Two weeks before ⁶⁄₃₀ I emailed for confirmation & she said we were still scheduled. My appt was today @ 1 pm CST. Again I had food catered and a house full of people. It is now 4:20pm CST and no one has shown up or called. It is safe to assume they are not coming. I tried to contact Erica several times via phone, email, and facebook and no one has responded. Like I said earlier this IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY in the area. Save yourself the money & headache and use another service. I will NEVER use this bad business again & will be reporting them to the BBB!
