Took a friend out for a steak dinner. He was happy with the meal. Hubby ordered a salad which was fine. I ordered the tacos, but quesadillas came out. Not one to complain, that was OK with me & they were good. The waiter was very sorry… got a visit from the manager & they took it off the bill. Very accommodating staff.

Outback is your standard chain steakhouse. This particular location is the best in house. Great customer service, fresh food, and very family friendly. This time I had a steak with their garlic butter, it was very tasty. I enjoyed the flavor. My kids love the bread. Cons: it’s a little dark inside. And I wish they had more outdoor seating options. The drinks are a little watered down. So don’t go for the adult beverages. Would I go back, yes.

Was very good waiter and hostess were wonderful and helpful. They also had a gluten free menu which had plenty to choose from. I would definitely go back. Food was great!

There is a myth Outback doesn’t accept reservations. I debunked that quickly with reservations on a Friday evening for 11 guests. We arrived on time and were seated immediately. Myth number 2-Outback is just a steakhouse. With our group, steak, chicken, shrimp and salmon was ordered. Everyone enjoyed their dinner. Our service was excellent. Our waiter was efficient, cordial and well organized. Not one bungled order and everyone was served within minutes of each other. Ok. Enough with the raving. The dinner salads, served with dressing on the side, were rather simple and on the small side. But fairly priced at about $ 4. My 8oz Outback Sirloin was ordered medium rare and was served closer to medium with very little pink on the inside. The steak was so lean it had very little flavor. More seasoning would have helped. Or more marbling. Still, served with two sides-the steak is reasonably priced. I don’t think anyone would confuse Outback with a high end steakhouse. But dollar for dollar, you get a good bang for your buck. We all enjoyed our evening.

The Steak OMG i think i got the wrong steak… lol, but hubby had got the moist steak I’m getting what he got next time. We didn’t have room for our mini shake! Tip Lady’s and Gents: if a man take u somewhere like«Outback Steak House» u are most definitely high quality!

We came on a Sunday, it was slow when we arrived we sat at a table in. the bar area. I had a Cobb salad and a drink. My daughter had the kids meal. The bartender was our server. The salad was big and delish, but no bells and whistles, the kids meal was just okay. The sever was more involved with conversation with coworkers than customers. I was just okay, maybe I should have sat in the dining area.

Just wanted say that tonight restored my faith in Outback. It the past it had questionable if your meal was going to meet your expectations. Tonight I am happy to say it did not disappoit. From the blooming onion to the 11oz sirloin, simply fabulous. And our server Brianna, couldn’t say enough good things about this young lady, she diffently took care of our needs. I’ll leave you all with this note, my Son and I will be re visiting this Outback location very soon.

I had to comment on the excellent customer experience I had at Outback today. I just popped in for a quick lunch after a meeting. As I walked in I could see the host walking away to seat another table. But I was greeted right away by someone else who I later found out was a manager. He was quick and friendly and seemed genuinely happy to welcome me into Outback. My server told me her name and I will completely butcher the spelling so I’m glad she said I could call her«Bri». The service she provided was a noticeable step change from most experiences. She was fast, friendly, observant, and accommodating. While I know it takes a lot more people to provide an awesome customer experience, as their representative to the customer, she is top notch. On to the food, I was able to customize my dining experience because of my battle between loving bread and trying to keep it somewhat healthy. Burger without the bread, toppings on the side, etc. I had a cup of soup and a burger that were both pretty tasty. The burger was well seasoned and cooked to the appropriate temperature that I requested. The restaurant is well decorated and seemed to be kept clean. It’s a bit dark for my taste, but it was okay. I’ve eaten at Outback locations before and as with most chains appreciate the predictability of the food. The service is what makes this experience stand out.

I’m not a fan of chain steakhouses unless we’re talking about prime steakhouse. But I had a couple of $ 10 bonus cards to use so I decided to come here with my sister for lunch. We came in on a Sunday around 1:00 pm and there wasn’t a big crowd dining here. We immediately got seated and our waitress came to greet us not too long after. She brought up some delicious bread and gave us a few minutes to look at the menu. My sister ordered the mango tea(delicious) and we started with a half order of the Bloomin’ Onion(still too much for the two of us). My sister decided to order the three course combo(only available on Wednesdays and Sundays) and I ordered the 10 oz rib eye. For her three course, my sister went with the Caesar salad, 8 oz sirloin, and ice cream sundae. Her meal also come with a side so she opted for some Aussie fries(pretty much just regular fries, y’all!). As for my rib eye, I opted to get some fries and a cup of tortilla soup. The soup came out first, it wasn’t anything special. Pretty good, but nothing special. The steak came out not too long after. I have to say, the cooked it just like how I wanted it(medium — not over or undercooked). The rib eye didn’t taste too bad, but for the price, I’d still rather go to the Hideaway on Dunvale for their steak night. You get a much bigger steak for a much lower price. Also, in my personal opinion, the steak at the Hideaway tastes so much better. I had a taste of the Sundae and it was pretty much just a scoop of vanilla ice cream with some chocolate syrup poured on top of it. No cherry, no nuts, nothing special. Good enough to satisfy my sweet tooth, I guess. At the end of the day after my $ 20 bonus cards, our meal still cost around $ 30($ 50 without the bonus cards). Not too bad for steak, but still too much compared to the Hideaway. Will I be back? Probably not by myself, But if they offered more bonus cards, or if there’s some special, then yeah, sure. Otherwise, it’ll be a while before I make my way out here. I do have to note that the service that we received was excellent. Our waitress was on top of her game!

We made a reservation and was seated right away when we arrived. Our waiter, Tim, was nice and funny at times. The food took a long time to come out. They forgot my mom’s salad till I reminded them about it. They did not have regular coffee so they gave us decaf and told us after they served it to us. The food and service is what you would expect from a chain restaurant, decent. Service was friendly. The manager came to check on us which was nice. The restaurant was nice and clean. Overall, nothing impressive, just average.

Okay, yes I know it’s a chain restaurant, but I wanted to comment on the service for those who work or live in the area. The service is pretty much hit or miss. I’m not going to go into much detail about the food because it’s like any other Outback. This particular visit I got the seared ahi tuna appetizer as my meal with a baked potato. It was just okay. If you really want a good steak, go next door to the Rio Ranch.

I usually don’t Unilocal for such a large national chain, but tonight was exceptional. Just after we were served our food(which was great as usual), all the power went out. The staff didn’t miss a beat. They made sure their tables were ok and safe and kept serving food. We were well taken care of. No one in the whole restaurant complained that I could hear and there were cheers when the lights came back on. Again, the staff never missed a beat and food kept being served. Don, the manager, has a great crew here. They deserve LOTS of kudos. And yes, I’ll come back.

We ate here last night and sat in the bar. The food was pretty good and just the usual outback food. Our server was very nice but overall her service was terrible. We pretty much couldn’t find her the entire time and I had to go up to the bar for several times to ask for things/get my second drink. However, the manager did come over to our table, apologized, and gave us a discount on our meal, so all was forgiven. Other than the less than satisfactory service, everyone was pretty nice and overall experience was abt average.

Im writing this as im actually here waiting for my check. the staff really need to ask for help when needed. Sat in bar area and the barstaff took 10 mins to get my order. Dont get me wrong, he is nice and professional. But he really needs help with the amount of customers that are here. I ordered their bone in ribeye steak and just look how much fat it had on it? This cut is just tooooo much fat in it. I know ribeyes have fat but thats just way too much — $ 26 dollar steak with only about 6oz of actual meat. The manager came to check on me and said I will get a discount just don’t know how much. He should have just comp the meal off.

This Outback Steakhouse location is located in a nice area on Wertheimer. I’ve always been a fan of this chain, partially because of the black bread they bring you to start things off along with safari theme. After a long day of work, I wanted a Foster’s but they were all out of draft so I had to get a can. How does an Australian restaurant not have Australian beer on tap? I went with two apps: the Aussie Fries(fries covered in bacon, cheese, and scallions), and the shrimp on the barbie. There isn’t much Australian about the fries but cheese fries are always a winner in my book. The shrimp on the barbie was ok, the name sounds better than the actual dish. Shrimp skewers but the shrimp are kind of small and the sauce was good but not great. My guest ordered the chicken on the barbie and ribs combo but the waiter misheard her order and only brought out the chicken without the ribs. We had to wait a bit for the ribs to come out but the manager gave us an extra portion of chicken which was a great way to make things right. The manager was great, server was a little slow but what can you do.
