I recently got a jacket on your promotion for 40% off about a week ago, had already taken the tags off and thrown away the receipt for the purchase because I felt like I would not need to return it. Unfortunately, when I went to wear this jacket I found that there was a stain that was not extremely noticeable, but I was unhappy with because I expected to have this jacket for winter and for it to last a while. So after finding the imperfection I decided to go back to Old Navy to exchange for one that was in good condition, but what I got instead was very disappointing. First, when I entered the store the line was halfway to the back of the store so I had to wait about 30 minutes just to get to the cashier. When I finally got to the cashier I had the jacket I had purchased barely a week ago and a new one to make the process easier. The cashier and supervisor I dealt with were named Betty and Elizabeth in Houston TX Willowbrook mall location. Both of these women showed no concern or empathy and accused me of making the stain and said that they couldn’t take the product back because I didn’t have the tags for the jacket I purchased initially. Even though the cashier was acting like she was about to do it because she was looking up the purchase I had made with my card. I even offered to show the purchase on my bank statement and still they denied any kind of quality customer service. Another thing was that I had purchased this at a different location that was about 3 miles further, but decided to go to this one as it was closer. I don’t know why or what the issue is with your companies customer service training or policies, but I was very unhappy with this experience. I ended up going to the location that I originally purchased the item and was not given a problem in making an exchange. I would recommend using this location for anyone who frequently buys from Old Navy(spring cypress 249 location) it is 100 times better!

one star because I cant give a negative 5. Came in on Sunday to purchase my daughter a coat for an upcoming Chicago trip. Lines were long long long. When I got to the register the girl checking me out ran out of paper in the machine, she turned to ask«Betsy» what the little slip of paper meant. «Betsy’ said it means you are out of paper, she then turned her back on the cashier, the cashier began to look for paper, no help from the other two. Betsy just watched her and didn’t bother to help her. I had to show her how to replace the receipt paper. when my daughters hat rang up wrong, Betsy went to look and hollered back across the store that there was not a sign anywhere on the wall, My daughter went to show her. how rude and embarrassing. I confronted Betsy because she was the asst manager on duty, she told me the manager was in the back on lunch. she was very rude and almost wanted to fight when I told her without customers, there is no need for her to have a job. I contacted Old Navy, no resonse as of yet. Stay away! spend your money where they appreciate the customers.

Came in yesterday and purchased two sweaters and a purse. The man forgot to take off the security piece that was inside, so when my sister in law and I walked out the door, the lady walked to us and said I will take those bags ma’am, she said it so loud everyone was looking at me like I have stollen something my bags were looked through and finally she got to the handbag and seen the security piece was attached. I said oh he forgot to remove it, you could see the guy that rung me up mumbling I forgot. She starting making conversation and said it always uncomfortable when the security door goes off everyone’s always looking at you.

Messy displays and clothing racks, dirty bathrooms, customer service is lacking(sales people seem unavailable), sales items are difficult to find, messy dressing rooms, drinking fountains look nasty, no paper towels in restroom, dirt in sink bathroom.

Old Navy: your ship has gone out to sea. It’s taking on water fast, and from what I can tell, it’s sinking quickly. Don’t expect me to bail you out, either. I was a big fan of yours for a long time. I’d climb aboard and roam your decks, scooping up items for the kiddos, hubby, but especially for me. This Chief Petty Officer had a blast spending the First Admiral’s money on duds for my locker: casual clothes that were slightly dressy but still comfy enough that I could throw a few anchors around. Prices were great: hunky-dori for this crew. You’ve marooned us, though. Are we ashore? Did I detect some sand between my toes as I looked through the mess before me? Nothing but tank tops, short shorts and everything else to wear as if we’re beached forever? Someone needs to seriously plumb the depths of your merchandise. What a wash out! Talk about taking the wind out of my sails. I’m going ashore for good.

I like shopping here for one reason and one reason only. The kids. Always been a fan of old navy selections and they have unique selections for both boys and girls. I give this location 3 stars because I really prefer any location that is NOT in a mall. I had a non-pleasant experience on this trip because I was quoted prices from the staff members in the back on items that were not ringing up correctly when I brought them to the front. I’m not one to cause a scene in the lines so I didn’t make much of a big deal about it, but the cashier informed the manager of my complaint and the manager headed to the back to correct the staff back there. Needless to say, I paid whatever going price was at time of ring up. Giving this 2 stars due to 1. I hate malls(personal preference) and 2. the front of the house isn’t on point with the back of the house. I will stick with my Hwy 6 location.
