Still 2 years since the last review. they still suck. Would not rotate tires due to cupping… even though the tires had less than 20 000 miles? Just laziness. Will never go back.

horrible horrible horrible! I’m looking at these fools right now standing around like goons! its been 2.5 hours and this mechanic thats supposed to be working on my stuff keeps walking around doing other time waisting things. The only good thing is that I am using their wifi to write this review.

Wow these people walk around like snails. It was only me and one other customer in the waiting area, and it still took 2.5 hours to get my tires rotated. I’m going to the Woodlands location next time.
