Nine West

I hardly buy shoes at the regular store. I prefer the Outlet stores or Online shopping. However that being said, when I have purchased shoes at this store, I like how they will place the order for you with free shipping to arrive to your house. Also, anytime I have an online purchase to return, it has been a hassle free experience here. I especially like the convenience of the location. Since it is not inside a busy mall, it is so much easier to get in and out of the store quickly. I love the comfort and quality that Nine West shoes offer, so I will continue purchasing from them.

There are lots of things that Nine west always has to offer but are not limited to versatile styles, comfort, and quality. Here you will be able to find shores in all sorts of styles: boots, flats, heels, pumps, and in many easygoing colors too. The staff is always there to help you find the ideal shoe for you and to assist with any questions you may have. It is the absolute go to place to find comfort with every step you take! Such a pleasant experience every time you set food in this store!

I absolutely love this location. The staff is always so nice and they know what they’re talking about. Even if they don’t have my size they always offer to order it for me. I have a smaller foot so it’s always the display shoe so it’s hard to find a new pair of shoes that haven’t been tried on. They never have an attitude and are so willing to help with a genuine smile. I always tell me friends to go to this location at town and country because this is a nice area and people here seem to be friendlier than other locations.

I spied a pair of «must have» shoes in a local magazine. Not wanting to order the shoes online without seeing them first I looked on Unilocal (of course) and found there was a store within a mile of the casa. So I headed over with blue suede dancing through my head only to find out that particular pair of shoes are online exclusive. Oh phooey! I thought as the very kind sales associate offered to order it for me with the promise that I could return them to the store if I did not like them. Then she looked around the store for a shoe that was similar to try on to determine which size I should order then took my credit card and placed the order. While I was not happy with being unable to see the shoe the customer service made up for it.
The store is small but well arranged without feeling cluttered. Nicely displayed shoes & purses created a nice flow that had me walking full circle. Nice little seating area to try on shoes, clean floors & counters. The friendly, accommodating service will have me stepping through their doors again.
