I had trained here several years ago with Robert and went back this year to get back in shape with Elisa. They are both very good but Elisa specializes in women’s training. I love the privacy. Nothing wrong with group fitness, but for personal training I prefer not to have anyone watching me except the trainer. She is very safety conscious and won’t try to kill you while getting you to your goals. She can modify any exercises to accommodate injury or a chronic condition(I have a bad left knee). I like that she explains and demonstrates each exercise, every time. She also knows a lot about nutrition and if you think it’s all about the exercise, she will correct you on that! The diet component is balanced, not restrictive, but you need to get accustomed to eating more than 3 times a day(which actually makes me less ravenous). The facility is no-frills and clean. I highly recommend!
