Thank you for not making me pay for my ruined Longchamp bag. I came here without reading the reviews which was my mistake. I brought a backpack and a longchamp travel bag to get monogrammed. The woman who helped me specifically discussed where on the longchamp bag I was putting the monogram. It was going to be lower center because of the inner pocket stitching that all of those bags have. She said«I’ll be sure to tell him to put it under the pocket» when I arrive to pick up my items, the man said to me «She didn’t tell me about the pocket» and the monogram was partially on the pocket! He said he would be able to fix it and put it in the place that it was meant to be and before I agreed to this I asked if that would ruin the bag and show on it. He assured me that it would be fine. I came back to pick up my bag and the same woman couldn’t even find it. Then when she found it, it was definitely a permanent damage but it did not look as bad as I was anticipating. After reminding her that it was her fault for the mistake, she shrugged it off and laughed«Well its all good now» and rushed me along so that she could handle the next customer. The monogram on my backpack turned out fine, I’m just thankful I didn’t have to pay for their mistake even though they ruined my $ 180 bag.
