McDonald’s

I am so disgusted in this McDonald’s. I went with my two small children and ordered happy meals. Once I pulled up to the window one of the employees was having a loud personal phone call using vulgar language. My two children heard her say these curse words. When I confronted her and told her I had two small children in my car and they heard every bad word she said, she became angry and aggressive. She got in my face and was yelling at me. She disrespected me and talked down on me in front of my husband and kids. I have never been so disrespected in front of my kids before. She made my 8 year old cry. She said it hurt her feelings that someone would talk to her mommy like that. I will never spend my hard earned money at this place anymore. I do not recommend you give tis store your business. I will be taking this to corporate but not sure if anything will be done. I wish they had 0 zeros rating. Arsheea is the name of the horrible lady.

FINALLY! I went into this store and ordered a coffee to go and was SURPRISED to see the person who waited on me actually smile. NO ONE does this.
PLEASE train your people to: 1. Smile 2. STOP saying «No problem.» 3. Put our change in our hands seperately from the receipt and paper currency.

I feel like McD’s is always hit-​or-​miss, but I will definitely steer clear of this location after my roommate’s horror story.
She got chicken nuggets and halfway through her meal she notices a moldy nugget. She took a picture of it and I saw it… Definitely some nasty blue mold. The next day she couldn’t stop puking.
Gross.

This McDonald’s has two drive thru lines but they weren’t using both windows to get your food. It still was pretty quick even with several cars in front of me. They are always friendly and have never messed up my order. Easy to get in and out of as well on Westheimer.

I hate that this is the closest McDonalds to me, and the ONLY one on my way home from work.
Late night service is horrid. It’s always slow and the woman who works the window is always rude.
The only thing keeping them from only getting one star is the fact that my food orders are always right…

4 workers standing on their cell phones while trash piles out of cans, drink station is filthy, and restaurant is dirty. Go down the street to somewhere else.

Always a line no matter what time of day you go. Always two lines and good deals!

Totally impressed how they upgraded this McDonalds’s. Better service when speaking to the employees, two lines for ordering and signs that remind you to get off your phone when ordering and have your money ready at the window. I appreiate it.

A clean and quiet McDonald’s where the staff seems friendly enough, what more could you ask for? Just be careful pulling in and out of the the parking lot, it’s a steep one!

Solid McD’s near my office — friendly staff always gets me my food promptly. If you’re looking to eat healthy, there are menu options here that allow you to stick to your diet — stick with grilled chicken and side salads instead of crispy chicken and french fries.
