Was there last night MARCH6,2016 with my daughter and her friend along with her friend mother… My daughter friends Mother is «MUSLUM» however she was getting married at the«MOSQUE» on Carona st. At 9:30pm. We arrived at this particular McDonald’s around 9 something to kill time. Mind you we were dressed in typical MUSLUM wear. The manger of the store took pictures of the kids while me a the other adult were in the bath room. When we came out they informed us about what happened and we brushed it off… The manger then approached us as an whole and informed us that we could not sit in the store, because it was not a public place and we are not paying sodas, so I asked for a large soda… She kept walking and saying cruel things under her breath. Next she began to lock the door saying that the lobby is closed and we need to leave mind you it was 8:50 and I asked her well what time do the lobby close, and said we aren’t causing harm. She said 9:00pm and I told her it was 9:50 and she said«IMTHEMANGERAMD I CANCLOSETHELOBBYWHEN I WANT. So around 9:56 my daughter, friend mother went out to smoke a cigarette. She knocked on the window when she was done and the rest of us got up and attempted to leave and one of the employees pointed the middle finger to the kids, and they informed us and when we turned around to address her she went to screaming«GTF» out my store you«MFBLACKTERRORIST«go back to ISLAM, and a everything took a turn for the worst the whole crew got disrespectful and I can rightfully admit that my party was going word for word with the crew out of anger and felling disrespected. They pushed the panic button, and we was informed of that when the police arrived. Although I felt the need to call them because they was still outside taking pictures of us and my car while we were out of the store and getting in to the car. But here’s the catch its 9:28 pm and a customer walks in to the door and the«MANGER» whom was a Hispanic lady as well as the rest of the crew. Took this man order on the inside of the store and I just so happened to be speaking with the hpd officer who came out to the scene and these where my exact words to him. «HOWISITTHATTHEMANGERTOLDUSTHATTHELOBBYCLOSESAT9pm BUTYOUSEETHEMANINTHERECLEARLYPLACINGANDORDERFORFOOD. Moral to the story is prejudice people is real and they still exist no matter what color, what nationality you are… What your beliefs and concerns and last but not least«ITDONTMATTERWHATYOURRELIGIONIS». Some people will always have something to say.

I always go to this one because its next to my house and 24 hours, theres always a latina chick working night shift on the second window, she always has a rbf, but they get my order right. Today there was a different person and they didn’t give me my hash browns :/

Nothing bad to really say about here. My sandwiches have always been fresh and hot. The only thing here that can be hit or miss is the fries

I agree with the other reviews, the employees are rude! I had to repeat my order several times because they kept putting down the wrong thing and in the end, they didn’t repeat what I ordered to make sure they got everything(what I thought was an unspoken restaurant or fast food rule, also every other McDonald’s I’ve been to has done this). They gave us the wrong sauce so when we politely asked to trade because of this, they grunted but agreed. I ordered 2 drinks but they forgot one so I asked them for my second drink. They took the receipt and said I didn’t order 2 drinks in a really rude tone. I know I ordered two drinks but I guess the girl taking my order didn’t put it down. Obviously I didn’t enjoy my experience here.

There is now a redbox literally in the middle of the establishment for your rental needs, the first time I’ve seen that at a McDonalds, so I will definitely take that into consideration when I’m in the area! My order was quick, like that there’s alot of seating, however when I came in, there were tables that needed to be cleaned off and I still feel customer service could be improved a bit better. But as long as I get my orders right and within a timely manner, I say stop in! There’s a playground and a good amount of space for your group or study time with the big booths. 3.5÷5 for the big booths and convenience—

Rude employees. I asked for 1 medium fries but she put 2 so I corrected her and she yelled back. Enjoyed my visit :)(sarcasm)

Single handedly one of the worst, if not THE worst McDonald’s in Houston. The service is terrible, the staff is so rude, I live in the area so unfortunately this is my local MickeyD’s. As far as the quality of the food goes, it certainly is subpar; even for fast food standards. The owner of this particular McDonald’s certainly must not care, the complaint number is a local number that always goes to VM. I have yet to hear back from my numerous complaints regarding my visits. If your in the area, avoid at all costs. There is a burger king across the street with slightly better service; or keep driving east and you’ll run into a Jack in the Box that’s pretty good.

Good customer service. The food is like any other McDonalds… I come here for the $ 1.19 cheeseburger on lunch break sometimes.
