Still has extremely slow service. Couldn’t even get a simple order correct. Definitely not a fast food restaurant chain that is known for its great speed and customer service. McDonalds corp office should just close this location and start over.

Rude, ignorant people. Took three workers to take my (very easy) drive thru order. Charged more than the menu listed the price and argued with me when I questioned them about it. Have had several bad experiences here. Unfortunately my son loves McDonald’s and doesn’t understand bad service.

I’m a regular for their coffee. It’s pretty good.
I don’t eat their lunch but this McDonald’s will NOT give you ANY condiments with your breakfast unless you ask. Even for the pancakes. I mean who eats pancakes without syrup???
That should be a given. I got dry ass pancakes with no syrup and learned the hard way. If you don’t ask you won’t get syrup or Jelly.

Twice the fries and nuggets have been greasy as F as if they had been soaking in the deep frying pan or refried twice. Yes I know it’s fried food and it’s suppose to be greasy, but I have been to several locations where my fries and nuggets came out crispy instead or soaked in grease and soggy as f. And how do you forget the toy on a happy meal??? How?

Problem 1) McFlurry machine has been broken for over a month. Not a good sign when a McDonalds can’t repair or replace a single machine in that amount of time
Problem 2) The McNuggets have a fishy taste to them, suggesting they deep fry them in the same oil as the fish from the fish sandwiches. Only McDonalds where I’ve experienced this (and I’ve experienced it multiple times).
Probably won’t be back. I suggest you find a different place if you’re wanting fast food.

Nothing special about McDonald’s the chain or this restaurant. I just went here to see if they would honor a free value meal voucher I received from purchasing 4 person ticket package to the Dynamo soccer game. :)

Multiple workers pick at and scratch their face, wipe their nose and they touch the food.
I’ve gone twice and both times standing in the lobby seen some gross stuff.
Breakfast bagel not toasted on both visits.
Carmel Mocha was an inch and a half empty when given to me.
Close to my office.
This is a disappointment.
However, I need to focus on fitness and nutrition.
So probably for the best.

I’m one of those folks who actually goes into the lobby of fast-​food places… I’m not really a fan of drive-​thrus b/​c typically your order gets botched up for one reason or another.
I have been here several times before work and I am normally in and out within five minutes… this morning, maybe about 3!!! Good job!

I have walked away from this place way too many times without them giving me sauces and without even the desired amount of chicken nuggets. They mess up orders all the time. With how many McDonalds there are in Houston, there is absolutely no reason to waste your time going to this one. They simply don’t take care of you. It seems that they think, if we lose this customer there are a million more. Not the right mentality.

Last few times were good to go. I know, Beck’s is down the street but those McD fries… plus they got my order right the last few times :)

The good: it’s close to my office and just off the freeway so you can jump off, get your McD on and then be right back on the freeway without incident.
The bad: their drive through lane is horribly laid out and the line moves slower here than at other locations. They’ve also managed to get my order incorrect a couple of times. Which means I have to turn around, park, go inside, and get it corrected (to avoid aforementioned drive through).
