Worst McDonald’s ever. Poor service, attitude, coffee taste like overnight, no napkin and worst even forgot to give you what you order.

First impression was good. Got through the drive through quickly and with what we thought was a complete order. We aren’t big fans of McDonalds but after spending the last two days at the dog show we didn’t feel like cooking. This was quick, easy, right off the Sam Houston tollway and on the way home. I ordered the filet o’ fish combo which is the only thing I will eat there. To drink I thought I’d try the new chocolate chip frappé‘ which, by the way, is absolutely marvelous. My wife ordered the Big Mac combo. For reasons I won’t get into here I will never eat another Big Mac again. NEVER. I ate my last one in 1989 in Peoria, Illinois. There was nothing wrong with it and it’s quite a funny story(now after all these years) but it has no place here. If you are interested message me and I will share it with you. We paid at the window, service was fast, the staff seemed friendly in spite of the obvious rush they were going through, everything we ordered appeared to be in the bag so off we went. My wife was a little put off that it took our order a little longer than the person in front of us. They had driven up, paid, gotten their food and left in a matter of seconds. I told my wife that my «double filet o’ fish» is a special order and takes extra time. She was fine after that. Our food was delivered piping hot; the bennies of ordering a custom sandwich at McDonalds. Everything seemed to be there so we left for home. Oh the disappointment. My fish sandwich was fine. The Big Mac was a Little Mac. Remember the commercial«two all beef patties»? This«Big Mac» had only one beef patty. It would’ve taken us five minutes to go back to exchange her sandwich for a new and correct one but we were too tired to do so. Moral of the story? Not only do you have to check the bag to see if your entire order is there but you also have to check the food to make sure the meat is all there as promised. C’mon McDonald’s. I know you can do better than that.
