In not a big fan of Hispanic pastries, but I love Maytena’s bolillos (Mexican version of French bread). They aren’t full of air like the ones you might get at Fiesta or Joe V’s Smart Shop. Instead they are heavy, doughy and filling. I buy some evert week or two.
And if you do like Mexican pastries then you are in luck, because they have all kinds.
