Maxit Flower Design

Maria’s work is AMAZING! From the moment I met her, I knew I wanted to work with her. I was the pickiest bride ever, and she surpassed all of my hopes and dreams for my wedding flowers. She’s a creative genius and you won’t regret working with Maxit Flower Design for anything you need. I wanted my wedding to look like a fairytale and it happened. Her attention to detail is phenomenal and I had everything from hanging flowers above my bar to a greenery and hydrangea runner on my head table. Ultimately I cannot say enough good things about Maxit Flower Design! Love love love!

Day three. Called Maria AGAIN; no answer. Days one and two, I left Maria voicemails explaining that I wanted to send a friend, who just had very serious surgery, some flowers. Left my name and number twice each time. Nothing.
A friend of mine, who is very influential in the Houston art community, told me that he had seen her work at an event and thought I would be very impressed. I went online, found her website and was, indeed, impressed.
That good impression has gone out the window now that I realize that she can’t seem to answer her phone or return voicemail messages. How do you run a business like that? Why would I go back to my friends in Houston who throw big events and say, «I have the perfect florist for you!». I wouldn’t. If she can’t keep up with her phone business, how will she manage her time providing for an event?
Her talent for floral arrangement and her ability to run a business smoothly seem at odds. She should hire someone to manage her office.

Let me start of by saying Wow! Maria really is an artist!
My sister (who was my wedding planner) found Maxit Design while searching the web for Houston Florists. We ended up meeting 3 or 4 florists. Maria was the only one who took the time to «get to know us» and was on the same wavelength as me. Upon meeting, she was really sweet and professional. She was able to work with my budget (which must of been somewhat of a challenge on her part as my budget was on the frugal side).
Over the months, I changed my mind here and there. Maria was completely understanding.
On the day of the wedding (which was a few weeks ago) I was FLOORED at how beautiful the flower arrangements were! Maria somehow managed to exceed anything I could even dream up! It was so much better than my vision of perfect! It was so artistically done– it was almost surreal :)
Maria even stayed through the ceremony to move large floral arrangements I had outside to inside for the reception– which was something that my day of coordinator had promised to do but backed out on doing right before the wedding. She spent extra time taking care of things that were not in our contract– and I’m so grateful for it.
Every one of my friends/​family members complimented me on the flower arrangements. My Mom even saw several friends of mine taking flower arrangements off the tables and hiding them in their bags!
I feel as though I got way more than what I paid for.
Needless to say, going with Maxit Design was a decision I couldn’t be any happier with! Without question, I will be using this company again in the future!

I cannot say enough about Maria! Her work is stunning, fresh and always on the cutting edge. I have worked with her on different events and am amazed at her attention to detail. I also have been lucky enough to be the recipient of one of her gorgeous arrangements and was beyond impressed. I would recommend her to everyone!

Maria’s work is absolutely phenomenal! She has made several arrangements for me and each one seems to amaze me more. She shows such attention to detail, her flowers are always beautiful and fresh, and her designs are so unique.
