Jay is SO TALENTED! He is by far one of the top stylists I have ever been to. He is professional, nice, patient, and really passionate about what he does. It was refreshing! His space is inside JC Salons in West U… super convenient and clean. His space is really cool and intimate. I actually had FUN getting my roots done! :) I feel like I really lucked out finding him… definitely try him! (He also has amazing products available.)

«Balayage» Balayage is a French word meaning to sweep or to paint. Jay has mastered the technique! I saw it on Marie Claire, and the results he gave me today are beautiful! Jay has been doing my hair for about 5 years now. His new salon isn’t a cookie cutter salon, it’s his own private space. Your time with him is exclusive, one on one, and he takes his time to consult with you, and then focuses on what looks best for your hair type and skin tone. Jay has been coloring my hair for the last five years, and it has never looked healthier or more beautiful, between the cut, care and product he provides. His prices are modest for the service and talent he provides. Go check him out, you’ll become a client!

Jay is the best! Absolutely. He is very professional and spends plenty of time and focus on doing his best to make you look great! I’ve been going to him for about 3 years and he never disappoints. :) Sometimes I will go long, and sometimes short and he more than accommodates. Men’s cut is $ 20 but if u want shampoo and fancy stuff add another $ 5.

Best colorist I have ever had!!! His new studio is delightful and Jay «really» has a gift with hair and all things surrounding hair! I was new to the area and found him through referral — I have been absolutely thrilled!!! My hair is long and he also gave me the best cut I have ever had as well. My color and «lights» remain vibrant and now everyone wants to know «WHO» does my hair. Love him!!!

Went to Jay last night and as usual love my haircut! He always listens to what I want and gives me great results. His new location is great and he always gives great service. I recommend him highly. He cuts my whole family’s hair.

Jay is SO talented! I have been seeing him for a little over 2 years and he never ceases to amaze me with his talent. I have extremely thick, dry, curly hair and he has the ability to make it look fantastic. My color is rich and shines and most importantly, it LASTS. My cut is always spot on… He can taper long hair to make it lay perfectly. Highly recommend
