I can’t tell the difference between this Macy’s and the Ross up the street in terms of customer service and organization. I actually think Ross is better. Things are just throw everywhere. There is no customer service agents to help you on the second floor at all. Long lines as well. Worst Macy’s I’ve been to.

Shut it down. I can’t believe this mall still has a Macy’s– this place does not stand up to what a Macy’s should be. The merchandise is all on the floor and the lines are long bec the place is understaffed. Macy’s should be appalled.

This Macy’s is disorganized, messy and the staff is slow. It took the cashier almost 30 mins to ring up 5 customers today. Plus the cashier was wearing a leather jacket and a half shirt that accented her belly ring. I’m sorry but this store needs to be shut down or have a major overhaul. If Macy’s doesn’t want to invest money to improve the store, hire competent staff, and take pride in their brand then please close the store.

This Macy’s should just close down. ALL– Fitting rooms smell like dirty feet. Terrible customer service. Employees looked annoyed when you ask them questions. Rude managers(Manager Loretta: Rude and seemed annoyed to be called to the register to help me). Every time I go, I have to hunt down an open register or an employee. And when I do find a register, there is 8 or more people in line. Disorganized — Will not return to this location.

I worked here in the Ladies Clothing dept. The fitting rooms smell so horrible I nearly gagged every time I had to go in; they smell worse than a gym locker room. There is merchandise thrown about, and never enough employees to keep up with the mess. Unfriendly, unsmiling, associates… won’t ever return to that store.

When the furniture here offers you several options from desks to coffee tabletops and mahogany colored dressers.

disorganized. The merchandise is okay, but it is still a bit pricey and if it is scratched or dinged up the manager will not budge on the price. Juana is always very helpful and will disappear into the stock room for 10 – 15 minutes to climb over the mess and try to find you the piece she wants. The manager peter was no help whatsoever. If you dig around this place you will find a good deal, but zero warranty and there is a reason this stuff is here. The mattresses are stacked so high that you cannot even try them. Bizarre concept.

Oddly enough, we came here one weekend for a mattress. Macy’s isn’t really the first place I think of for this. When I think of Macy’s, I think shoes, dresses and Clinique counter, so it was even more astonishing that we found a mattress we liked here and 2 weeks later we continue to like. I thought mattresses were like cars — this is the model no matter where you go — but apparently they make different models for different retailers. Macy’s and Sears were rated as 2 of the highest on Consumer Reports newest mattress testing so we decided to try some out. Now obviously, Macy’s just sells the mattresses so I am not judging the experience on the mattress itself. The sales guy was very knowledgeable and helpful. They had Simmons, Sealy, and Sterns and Foster brands with the last being the most expensive. So I asked him if the S&F brand was somehow better than the others since the quality of the materials might be better and he said that a better mattress is one you get a better night’s sleep on regardless of the brand. Maybe they don’t work on commission though. The only negative about our time in this store was actually the Clinique counter. There didn’t seem to be enough workers for it. The first time we went to try out mattress, there were 3 women working the counter and all 3 felt the need to help one customer. They were running around her like she was the second coming of Princess Diana! The next day, when we went to purchase the mattress, there were just 2 women there. So go here for a mattress, but maybe run over the Memorial City for makeup or perfume!

a little disorganized there are clothes out of place everywhere the employees are friendly I talked to a very attentive manager about a coupon, but Macy’s always has great deals especially if you have a macy’s credit card you always get 10 percent off on purchases.

It’s less crowded compared to the the memorial city mall location. However, I was going to make a purchase of a dinning table set. It was on sale for $ 1400 and it was the last day of the sale. I went to Macy’s right after work, which was right after 7 pm, and was told that no one in the building can make a transaction for that high amount. I was really mad because it was the last day of its sale event, and it was only few minutes after 7 pm. I was told that they would honor the sale price the next day, and was told that someone would call me. I never received a phone call from them, and when I called them, no one was available to help me. Overall, items they have at this location is pretty decent, but the customer service was way lower than my standards. Would not recomment this location.
