My car stopped on the side of beltway 8 as I was taking my children to school. Mr. Wilson drove up to assist me. He not only towed my car to a service company, he took me to drop off my kids at 3 different schools. His truck was nice and clean and he even put the baby seat in the back seat. Not at all like I imagined a tow truck, it was very nice. My insurance paid for the tow but beyond what my insurance paid for the customer service was great.

I called the business to notify that one of his drivers very unsafely slammed his tow truck in front of me. He almost caused a wreck and I was very lucky not to have my 3 children with me. I had to slam on my brakes! The owner was extremely rude and yelled at me that his driver was rushing to an accident. He kept yelling «Did he hit you?! Did he hit you?!» like a ranting, raving lunatic. It was ok for his driver to be unsafe as long as he didn’t hit me.
Harris County Toll Road Authority said that they use to have a contract with them, but they don’t anymore, b/​c of how unprofessional they are. HCTRA also reported them to the supervisor as to how they treated me over the phone and the unsafe practices of their driver. They said no matter what the urgency was, there was no reason to put another person in danger.
This is just a money hungry business that doesn’t care at all about how they treat people. Please don’t use them like the previous person said.
The owner could have politely apologized and explained the situation and let me know that he would educate his drivers to be more cautious.
Instead, he chose to be rude, shouted at me, and not take any responsibility. BAD BUSINESS, not professional at all, and it showed the lack of intelligence on his part
