I cannot say enough great things about LYPA. My puppy spent a week with Dex and Rosalynd and I am amazed at the results. He had typical puppy problem behaviors: jumping, leash pulling, nipping, bolting out the door, etc. It was immediately clear that Dex has a great understanding of dog behaviors and my pup responded so well to the non-​punitive, calm, positive reinforcement training. Most importantly, Dex and Rosalynd taught me how to better understand him and how to continue training him. They knew I was nervous leaving pup for so long so they sent lots of picture, video, and text updates. They are always available for help and continue to check in on both me and the pup.
