I can always find something here whether it is something to wear to dinner or just out hiking on the weekends. This shop feels a bit smaller than some of the others I’ve visited, but I guess that’s not totally their fault.
I also have to say that if I were to have to choose between Loft and Ann Taylor, I’d choose Loft. Like I said, they always have something I like and I can’t say that about their mother store. I typically have a hard time leaving here without buying at least one item.

Very disappointed. They have lost a customer. I am a card holder & have shopped at Loft and at Ann Taylor for many years. I was there last week to shop for myself & do some Christmas shopping. I had been in traffic for an hour. I was denied the right to use the ladies room. I went elsewhere & spent the money they could have made that night, & was treated with courtesy. I made a complaint to corporate, & was told no one can use the ladies room any longer. Yes, this is a big deal. It is rude. I am spending money, I am a long time customer, I had been in traffic for an hour. Good bye Loft/​Ann Taylor.

I do not shop at Ann Taylor Loft but I was there shopping with a friend and it was my first time going into this store in Houston. Let me just say that once I walked in I feel in love. The store was very bright and very colorful. The two sales associates that were on duty were so very helpful to my friend as she tried on different pieces and they were even helpful to me while I fluttered about there store looking at all of their accessories. I have never had an urge to go into Ann Taylor Loft but I am glad I did. Their pieces were priced decently and their sale items weren’t bad either. When we made it to check out the girl sales associate was very helpful in ringing up my friend and getting her to sign up for an Ann Taylor Loft card (which is not easy to do with her). All in all I enjoy being in the store for that little bit of time. The staff was very helpful, energetic, and kind.

I love the Loft. I have a difficult body type to clothe, so shopping has always been a miserable task for me. Somehow, Ann Taylor Loft understands my pain, and caters to the pear-​shaped minority out there. Don’t get me wrong, they have clothes for all body types, this is just one of the few places I can actually shop!
The last time I was there, I spotted a dress that I totally loved. Unfortunately, they had it in every size but mine. Discouraged, I asked a sales associate to check the other Houston locations to locate one for me. She did, but also encouraged me to try the smaller size on. «I really think this cut will fit you!» she said. And it did. Extra points for knowing how to fit every body type.
Be sure to check out the clearance section. I usually find merchandise there similar to current season items, just in different colors. Also sign up for their email list to get coupons and info on private sales. Score!
