Had quite a good experience with this law firm. They handled my h1b application this year and also an rfe for the same application. The rfe response was very well composed and to the point. Sure enough I did get my h1b approved within a few days of sending the rfe response.

This law office is one of the best law offices to work with when it comes to employment-​based immigration matters. Immigration law, in itself, is a very wide area of law that deals with employment-​based matters, family-​based matters and removal/​deportation matters. I have had the opportunity speak with many immigration attorneys in Houston regarding different immigration matters, but Ms. Sen, by far, was the most knowledgeable when it came to employment-​based matters. Her office handles hundreds of employment-​based immigration matters (i.e. H-​1B cases and PERM cases) on a yearly basis. I went to her office to get help on a PERM application and she and her staff provided me with great service. She was always attentive to my questions and her staff provided me with status of my case in a timely manner. Her legal fees are very reasonable and for the good work that she does, I would have paid her much more (as her work was worth it). My case was approved and I was very happy with how her office handled my case.

Met her twice .for the first time neded information about transition to student visa from work visa… The impression I got was she knows much less than what I knew as I had done good research online… I promise, she knows as good as any one with google access, only thing is she has a «Law Degree»…Second time met again after a year and this time she pissed me off… The information which I requested, she was searching for that online … And her overall behavior and body language was just like she was sponsoring my visa… So look for a better lawyer unless you want to spend $ 50 for no reason… Only positive: She is available whenever you need her appointment !

She is very professional and helpful. I had emailed her twice with tons of questions. Her office replied within 2 days without any charge. It was too late for me to change lawyers, but I truly recommend her services and advice. Thank you.
