I have been to this location a few times, i used to shop at Neiman Marcus before but after finding this Jem. I find it way better and fair in price. I don’t mind wearing last seasons clothing.

InCircle Level 4 member, stopped by during closing to buy gift certificate. Registers still open, manager wouldn’t allow me to buy gift card. Not my Grandmother’s Neiman’s Customer Service-Stanley Marcus rolling over in his grave… A place to return the great deals you purchased at Katy Mills or Brodie Oaks…

This is the place where Neiman Marcus gives their old stuff and it’s either marked down or on sale. Nordstrom also has a version that’s right across the street. They always have a 30%-40% on one item usually. All the items are designer brand really so you get some great deals on the clothes! They don’t have a huge shoe selection, Nordstrom rack has a larger one. The clothes here are higher quality and organized better. They are very clean here and you don’t have to sift through racks. They also have sunglasses, jewelry, active wear, and men’s fashion. The reason for three stars is the customer service. You are greeted at the door but it’s not very friendly from the times I’ve gone. I asked employees about a specific product but none of them were sure about what they were saying it was more like«ummmmm, I don’t know I can check». It really depends because once I was in the fitting room and a girl offered to bring me more items while another employee just brushed me off. Overall a good place to steal some designer brands for way less than you would pay regular price.

I’ve been in here twice now… I wish they carried more brands in the shoe department, but you can still find good quality shoes with a good discount. The first time I came in they had a great selection of jeans(J Brand, 7, etc.) but the second time they barely had any jeans at all… the cheaper sections against the walls are more packed than the free standing racks. They usually have more discounts on top of what the tag price is. You can check the neiman marcus last call website in advance to see what special deals they have. There were plenty of employees to help get you a dressing room and assist with finding a size. If you’re looking for a deal come here, but they won’t have every brand you would find in a regular store.

Neiman Marcus will always be snobby, even if it’s the outlet. The salespeople here are much more friendly than at the flagship and don’t give me the side-eye if I’m not carrying a luxury purse. The selection of high end brands is quite good, but as others have said, the deals aren’t even close to Nordstrom Rack or Saks sales. However, the store is sleeker than either of its competitors. Everything is well organized, uncluttered, and clean. The sales ladies were cheerful, genuine, and helpful, just as I’d expect from a luxury retailer.

I went here for the first time tonight. I have been to other ones but not this newer location. First off the LP security was practically stalking me while I was shopping. I shop and actually work at high end retail… I don’t appreciate being followed like I’m a suspect. I also felt the service was. well there wasn’t any service of greetings. not even at the check out. Weird. I’d rather go to Nordstrom Rack a lot of the same things for much less and more friendly. It might not be as tidy, but that’s probably because it had more traffic than Last Call. I did buy a couple of little things despite being followed the whole time.

Mens bracelets, necklaces, luggage, Robert Graham, no home or bedding. Was on a mission to find some awesome sheets and drove past this joint so pulled in to check it out. They have A LOT of Robert Graham shirts which I love and a lot of staff members willing to help you shop. Many business suits, shoes, ties, socks for men. I got a Rob Graham shirt and a cool onyx black bracelet for like $ 150 total which retails for over $ 400 so I made out like a bandit. Clean store as well, go check it out. Still pricey, but a lot of good deals.

Love this place! The best deals to be found here are on the dresses and jewelry. Went here for an event, and it was fabulous! The store went all out with swag, wine, cupcakes and discounts! I will definitely be back.

I was initially excited when I first heard that a Last Call was opening up basically across the street from Nordstrom Rack. However, my enthusiasm was tempered once I actually got to peruse the store. While the merchandise is still quality label stuff, I still feel like Nordstrom Rack has consistently the better deals on high end products for lower prices(and with more inventory).

Hooray! Just opened yesterday and 30% extra off certain items this weekend! We came before it opened today and I quickly glanced at the designers that included BCBG, Laundry, Coach. I went shopping at their galleria mall location last week. On culture map, it indicates that the designers have items specifically made for their LASTCALL store. I loved the sunglasses — $ 129 and above including Gucci, Bvlgari. We bought men’s boxers — they are the softest cotton! Checkout area is confusing, it’s a square, and people kept on telling us — «No the line starts over there!» And then all of us would move, and they’d do that again. They need a sign that says«start here.» It just opened so bear in mind — sales people were SLOW. It’s a smaller store than the Katy location, but overall we were happy. The purse and shoe selection, to me, were too small. Their main store has 40% off certain things this past wee, so bear that in mind. To me, the NORDSTROMRACK had a better selection.
