Great food and service. If you’re looking for some really good Honduran food, you should definitely try this place. Homemade corn tortillas are excellent!

I went here for breakfast and really enjoyed it! The platanos were cooked perfectly! My waitress was very nice and refilled my coffee timely(delicious BTW). I’m not giving them 5 stars only because my refried beans were missing a bit of flavor. Overall, good food!

Friendly service and great food. Honduran is a great change from all the Tex-Mex in Houston.

My buddy took me to this Honduran restaurant n it was a good surprise overall. I had the American style Ham n Egg, way better than Denny’s or IHOP, fresh n not generic! Tortillas were different than the Mexican ones n chips came with bean dip instead. Waitstaff speaks limited English but very friendly. Will definitely come again!

Summary: Overpriced, even if the food was good(which is was not). I ordered the $ 10 ‘Seafood Soup with Coconut’ from a low budget strip mall place with $ 6 entrees. What was I thinking? Am I the only Unilocaler who lets curiosity override common sense? But, my review is solely(pun) based on seafood. It may be different with domestic land animal meat. This fairly clean and plain place of about 20 low budget tables serves Honduran food. It’s hard to find. You have to look way up to see the sign at the top of the mast of strip mall signs, because you cannot see restaurant from freeway. Sign on the wall: «Franchises available.» Funny, that was the only sign in the restaurant in English. Note there are 3 other places in Houston. Menu has many pictures of the menu items(great!) and many unique dishes of Honduras. Warning: The detailed ingredients are all in Spanish(most of which you can figure out). No chips y salsa. Seafood Soup had crab, shrimp, fish, calamari, oysters, and clams. Sounds thick, right? Well, it’s a big bowl of thin yellow soup and you have to hunt for food in it. There was seafood, alright. Very chewy calamari, a very few tiny ½“shrimp, a couple of chunks of fish, about six one-inch clams & oysters(some grit in a couple), and a half of crab shell with no meat for decoration. On the healthy side, there were a few huge chunks of vegetables and plantain in the soup. I did not recognize some of the chunks in the soup. And, two tortillas and a bowl of rice are accompaniments. Service was OK until I needed the check. I spent a lot time staring at the wicker baskets hanging from ceiling. Hmmm… I am curious about the Yuca with Pork Rinds…
