I’ve been here about 3 times and each time was a pleasant experience. The sandwiches are made quick and the staff is friendly. Not only that, the jimmy johns chips are to die for. I rarely ever eat chips but I can’t resist when I’m at jimmy johns! This location is also very clean and the décor on the walls is entertaining, per usual. They also sell yesterday’s fresh baked French bread for only .50! Prices are decent for what you are getting. Fresh ingredients from the bread to the condiments. I highly recommend checking this place out if you haven’t already!

I love the concept of Jimmy Johns providing delivery service without a minimum fee. Just one sandwich. I ordered a number 9 Italian Club on wheat and a order of the oatmeal cookies. The cookies are amazing. The provide awesome service, very nice over the phone and knowledgeable. Food 8.7÷10 Service 9⁄10 I ordered here 4 times and will continue to do so. Kudos

The sandwiches that come from the doors of Jimmy Johns are my absolute favorite submarine sandwiches. Trust my opinion, I had Jimmy Johns served at my wedding. Yeah, I’m a pretty serious Sanwicher. Stop laughing. If you weren’t laughing, you can. Just stop after a couple laughs. ANYWAY. This was one of the best #9s I’ve had. Granted, I was SUPER hungry, but we usually eat when we’re hungry, so that part is irrelevant. The service at this location was subpar(haha, get it?) but to be honest, they were all male employees, and my wife and I were the only customers at 3 pm on a Monday(a holiday none the less) and were super chill, so they figured we didn’t care if they dusted signs while we ate. But in fact we did. It’s cool though. We’ll come back, for sure. Love the business, love the food. Freaky fast, to.

Good place to turn to when you’re too busy to leave the office. Their delivery is usually super quick — although today was kind of slow(30 minutes). I also feel like they need to put more time into making sure the sandwich is at least appetizing in terms of appearance. Slapping a coating of avocado spread all over creation does not make for a yummy sandwich. Also — the tuna is horrible — at least for me. Way too many onions(any is too many in my opinion). Probably won’t order that again. Delivery guys are always very nice and respectful.

Because we live on the corner of the cutoff of this particular jimmy johns which is .2miles away they would not deliver! I found that extremely odd… Also customer service was not all impressive in helping me understand the issue. Curt and pretty much«to bad miss…» Nevertheless I WILL not visit the establishment again. Make sure u live in walking distance.

I love jimmy johns! Super friendly and nice location. Way better than subway and Quiznos! My sandwich is always ready before I finish filling up my drink. Highly recommend this place if you’re in a hurry or don’t want to leave the office and work in the area definitely get delivery! Even the un-which are pretty tasty(no bread just wrapped in lettuce) for a «healthier» option.

They say«Freaky Fast» Delivery but it took almost an hour to get my food, and I’m across the highway. I only have a half hour for lunch and now cannot eat until the end of the day. Worst Jimmy John’s experience I have ever had.

Closing more than 30 minutes before your posted time(website) always earns a one star rating. If it’s too slow to continue serving, then consider adjusting the posted hours permanently instead of winging it night to night.

It’s sustenance. If you don’t want to get up and cook, or go to the grocery store, but you’re hungry — this is easy and fast food. It is not delicious, or complex, or even hot.

Only reviewing as far as delivery goes… just saw the delivery guy yesterday in our office building, was surprised to see he was delivering only one sandwich he stated yea I think the minimum delivery is like four bucks. I was like whoa, interesting… must order from there soon. Today I tried to place my order(same building) and nope they don’t deliver. I tell the girl on the phone funny how I just saw the delivery guy here yesterday delivering ONE sandwich and I have an order for FOUR. We are located one street over from Kirby she said no can do… pfffft! LAME!

Absolutely true to their name with freaky fast delivery! I work on Kirby and placed an order around 11am. It was here to me in less than fifteen minutes, hot and fresh! How can you beat that? My office orders from Jimmy Johns a lot because it’s reasonably priced and the delivery is so efficient. They have a great selection of subs and I’m confident anyone can find something there they like! I’m a big fan of the Club Lulu — it’s hard to find crisp bacon at a sandwich shop, and yet Jimmy Johns delivers in that area again! Also try the chocolate chip cookies :) You won’t be sorry!

Bunch of IDIOTS!!! Lady that placed my order takes down the wrong address for delivery, then they call me from the wrong address to get the right one, then I give them the right address only for them to tell me they can’t deliver to me. What the!!! They already charged my cc and everything. They proceeded to tell me some non-sense about meeting then at a delivery point and keep in mind, I am right down the street from them on SW freeway. Omg! I told then to give me my money back and they place me on hold for almost 6 mins. I hang up and call back and ask for my money back again, guy says ok and hangs up on me. I will never eat at any Jimmy Johns again! Too many uneducated, barely English speaking morons working there. Ugh!!! They should get –2000 stars!!!

I frequently order from this Jimmy John’s for lunch delivery and let me tell you, it is by far the fastest delivery joint in all of Houston(especially if you order early). I’ve gotten some deliveries in less than 20 minutes! The sandwiches are huge and fresh, the pickles are oversized, and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this location.

Move over Subway, Quizno’s, Potbelly, and all you other sandwich joints because Jimmy John’s will give you a run for your money. Simple and straightforward items on the menu and quick service makes this place a favorite lunch spot. I look forward to trying all the other sandwiches they have to offer. The one I tried was the Vito and it was flavorful and fresh. As for the other 2 I’ve tried, I was expecting more. The Vito — 4⁄5 J.J. B.L.T — 3⁄5 California Club — 2.5÷5

Not a fan of Jimmy John’s… not sure why. Nothing against them in particular, but their sandwiches just don’t do it for me. The staff at this location was nice enough and the interior was clean. So there is that…

Yes! My new favorite sandwich shop! I went in here after wanting to try something new that is weight watchers friendly. I was interested in trying an «un-wich». The employee working was very friendly, she described the sandwiches and made recommendations, she was well above the typical sandwich maker– it was crazy how passionate this lady was about their food! I’ve never seen a fast food type place have such happy and informative employees! I tried a turkey un-which, and it was AMAZING!!! Everything in a turkey sub, but wrapped tightly in iceberg lettuce. Like a wrapped up portable salad/sandwich. And it’s only 2 points on weight watchers. I also tried a small regular sub, the gourmet veggie, and it too was spectacular and about 8 points for weight watchers, which is healthier than subway. They have avocado sauce which is pretty good. They also put sprouts on sandwiches, which I love. Very few sandwich places have sprouts. And the price, not bad, $ 4.50 per sandwich. Well worth it, jimmy Johns and I are going to be good friends :) *since I drafted this review, i’ve eaten there again, this time at peak lunch hour rush, same friendly service(and the girl even remembered me from the other day) and they were soooooo FAST. I am not kidding, literally 60 seconds for my sandwich! I paid, went to get a straw for my drink, and BAM! Already done. And they deliver, and the girl said they will deliver even if it’s just one sandwich, it doesn’t have to be a big order to get free delivery. that’s even more awesome!!!

This review is for the location and not the chain restaurant. Although, I’ll admit I love Jimmy John’s in general. The location is perfect, just off I-59 — between the Buffalo Speedway and Wesleyan exits. Easy parking. Quick service. This is my go-to location here in the middle of Houston.

When I was living in Dallas most of my fun 1am meals were from Jimmy John’s. So it was never gourmet food, it was food at 1am that was good enough. This location seems to take the quality even lower than decent 1am food, as in I would be calculating how much further I would need to go to Taco Bell, even at 1am. I had lunch here just because I needed something sandwichy and I should have just kept driving to Jersey Mike’s instead of pulling off here.

I was obssessed with Jimmy John’s back in college at UT, and I was so delighted to hear that JJ’s was making it’s way to Houston a few years back. Today I revisited the famed sandwich shop and got my favorite, The Beach Club. Turkey, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, sprouts, avocado and cheese on a warm loaf of French bread. For the sandwich, chips and a large Diet Coke, it came out to about 8 bucks. Not too bad. But could be better. Service is always friendly, the place is always clean and if you ask for pickles they scream«PICKLES!» Best of all, they have day-old French bread for just 50 cents. Oh yea, and free Wi-Fi. And delivery within a certain radius. Woot.
