Internet Medical Clinics Southwest

So we made the appointment for first one in the morning. Got here at 10 minutes until 9. They opened at 9:08. Go to get blood drawn and the girl isn’t capable. See the NP. She was really nice but apparently doesn’t draw blood. We are sent back to the waiting room to get blood drawn and put at the back of the line. This clinic used to be so we’ll run and very smooth not any more. Little hint have your people get to work at 8:45. That way they have 15 minutes to prepare for opening.
Moving this to 3 star because they took the time to at least apologize and offer an explanation. However just like you we own and run a business and your lateness caused us to be late to our customers. I can be compassionate to a family emergency but there should be a back up plan. I have to move mountains to get my husband to come in because he hates needles and every time we come in the person drawing blood is new. I am all for training but please train on some one else. I will absolutely request in the future not to have trainees not for blood draws.
