Just yesterday I wrote a glowing review for Seedra Towing, as they suggested when they got here to take it to a better body shop rather than my normal dealership which I soon verified was a better option. The problem is, when I tried to follow up the next day, they delivered it to the wrong location. It was a different address for the same parent-​owned body shops, and I had to track down where it ended up.
So I’d like to give them a two for that, whereas I was going to give them a five for being patient and giving me a good recommendation the day before. So I’ll settle for a three.
