This place has HORRIBLE costumer service. The Joe guy was extremely sarcastic and not friendly at all. They get pissy because you ask basic questions about the hover boards. There’s a place right down the street from them that sells the exact same product for $ 100 less, not only that but they let you ride the scooters and they don’t mind if you ask questions about the product. The hover board Houston people brag about their product and how it’s made better and their warranty… BS. There’s other places in Harwin also willing to fix your hover board if you damage it or have any problems. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this place.
