If I could give them zero stars, I would. I set up service with this company for Sunday. Not only did they not bother to show up, but I never received a phone call indicating that they would be unable to make the appointment. After waiting two hours, I called. By this time, my appointment had already passed without hearing from them. The lady was uninterested and either the phone was disconnected or she hung up on me. Either way, she did not bother to call back, and I could not get ahold of them after; the calls went to voicemail including today when I tried to follow up. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.
