High Tech Auto Sound

This is what happened. I needed a auxiliary jack installed in my car because it just so happens that Acura didn’t think it would be necessary at the time my car was built. I hear the ’09 have them though…
This place quoted the best price and from the sounds of it, he understood exactly what I wanted. When we made it there it was about 12:45, he told me he had another car to finish. He was installing TVs, speakers and a million other things to that car. I told him that it would be OK, my brother would take me home and he could just call me when my car was ready. He said maybe 3 or 4 hours. We discussed what he was to do to my car, where I wanted the output etc. I left and waited. By 5pm no one had called me, so I called them. The guy that picks up (who doesn’t speak English, so make sure you have a Spanish speaker call for you) tells me they have not yet started. I asked him how long before they start as I need my car later that evening. He tells me they are almost done. Exactly ½ an hour later he calls me and tells me he has been trying to call for a while, but since my number is long distance he had been having a hard time (BS, I had just spoken to him less than ½ before!). Then he proceeds to tell me that they need an extra piece to do the job and that the places are already closed. Pretty much that they would not be able to do the job. You mean to tell me that my car had been there since before 1pm and you couldn’t figure that out before??? I didn’t even argue, I just showed up and picked up my keys. I wasted my whole day waiting for these people to do a job they never intended on finishing. My brother was also stuck waiting for them to call me to drop me off.
The truth is that they seemed like nice people, but I must review the «job» they did or to better say, didn’t do for me.
