How can a place that prides itself in selling chicken, run out of chicken? 3 maybe 4 times we have stopped by this location(close to our apt.) And have been informed that they are out of white meat. Or it will be 18 minutes wait time for meal thru the drive thru window. Just doesn’t make sense. Employees are not invested.

I’ve always liked this place. Buffet is a great value, and has a nice assortment of chicken(not just fried chicken). This location is well taken care of and buffet is kept fresh.

Was charged $ 363.63 on my card for $ 36. bill. My issue is with the fact that it’s been a full week and I still haven’t gotten my money back. It took 4 phones calls. finally got the manager and they knew of the error, and were expecting me to come back in? Why not just fix the obvious error. Made me come back to run my card. Went in, asked for the manager and she just took my card, never said a word. never an apology and refunded the difference. I would have expected the whole amt for keeping over $ 300 tied up over the wknd and beyond. but she didn’t agree. Called corporate and they didn’t care. it’s a franchise. No credit showing still, so if not by tomorrow I’ll still be fighting to get my money back. Ridiculous! Glad I had no fees or checks returned.

This place is one of the good choice if you are craving for high carbs and fatty food. Mainly about fried chicken and its parts also some greens and potatoes. The taste was a-Ok but the fact that there were many old people and not really young people might mean that the taste is not as good as how it was.
