Absolute worst service I have ever received. Downright rude and disrespectful, from the owner himself. 3 times they have come, and 3 times they have failed to get rid of fleas. But they insist that is somehow my fault. In a one bedroom apartment. I wouldn’t even be wasting my time writing this, until the owner Called and was so disrespectful that I wanted to drive and meet him face to face and show him why he should not have said the things he said. Nice technician, but he did not have a clue on what he was Doing. These people do not deserve any person’s time or money. I have had to take my time and money elsewhere, because the fleas have only gotten worse since they have come. I created a Unilocal account strictly so I can hopefully save someone else from dealing with these assholes and wasting their money. All i asked was that they get rid of the fleas. Never angry, or rude. However I wish I could say they were the same way. Take your business elsewhere!!!

After picking my dog up from the kennel I noticed she had fleas so I quickly called an exterminator to ensure I could get rid of the pests. I called on a Saturday morning and was informed that I would have an appointment on Monday afternoon by 5pm. I took Monday afternoon off of work so that I could let the exterminator in, but 4:45pm rolled around and I had not heard from them so I gave them a call. When I called I found out that the girl on the phone had not booked my appointment. The girl I had spoken with informed me that she had gotten very busy on Saturday and forgot to book my appointment. I re-booked and called multiple times to ensure I had a valid appointment. The exterminator showed up and so far the pest control has gone well, but it is overshadowed by a second mistake by the office staff. When I opened up my credit card statement I noticed I had been double charged the fee($ 156). I called the office and the girl again on the phone informed me that she did not realize that I had already been charged and went ahead and ran my card again. When I asked for a refund they said it would take a week to process because the owner was out of town. I hope the exterminator follows up with his 21 day treatment(that I have paid for), but I will not hold my breath with this office staff. In the end if you want extermination with no customer service then Gulf Coast Exterminators is the place to go. If you appreciate a competent person answering phones and doing the billing then look elsewhere.

I have used and refered Gulf Coast Exterminators for more than 15 years. They have reasonable prices, easy to schedule appointments and never less than professional. Just refered them to a docotr friend of mine.

Excellent job, very professional and helpful. The representative in my area is Thomas. He always demonstrates a proficiency in his job and gives the best recommendations. It has been 8 months that I’m using them and will not change them. Thank you Golf coast exterminators.
