Well the first time I called and left a message, no one even bothered to call back. The second time I called the person who answered was not very professional. I had to ask is this Gretchen & Ivy to make sure I even had the right number. She then asked what my name was like it depended on who was calling. I just said thank you and hung up. I don’t want to spend my money or trust people with my pet who can’t even have common courtesy on the phone. Thanks but no thanks I’ll go elsewhere.
