The owner is absolutely amazing! I ordered flowers for a funeral I was not able to attend on a Sunday which is when they are closed. I explained to him that it was someone very close to me, and without hesitating he said he would personally deliver the flowers on his day off, and did so. Thank your so much Mr. Donez you definitely have my business :)

I called them Feb 13 at 5:30 and ordered a flowers and they were there the next day I had originally ordered from Krogers Flower and they called me at 5 and said they cant deliver so sorry, I had to scramble and Greenspoint came through and my wife loved them

BUYER BEWARE: FRAUD
I live outside of Houston and was unable to make it back for Valentines, so placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my girlriends on Vday. I called the Greenspoint at 2 pm on the day of and asked when my flowers would be delivered. They said it was out for delivery.
The flowers had not been delivered by 8 pm that night. I called the florist again, and after being on hold for half an hour, they informed me that they had cancelled my order the night before because they ran out of the vase, yet no one ever called/​emailed to tell me this. Then they changed their story and told me they didn’t deliver to Katy, however, no notification was given to me when I paid online. All they did was send me a confirmation email and charged my credit card.
My credit card has been charged, I have yet to be refunded my money yet, and my girlfriend received nothing for Valentines Day thanks to these idiots.
My advice? Go somewhere else.
