Hands down the best doctors and staff around. They truly listen and care about you. I truly feel like they are family. Yes you may have to wait a bit but it is well worth it. I never feel like they are rushing on to the next person and just trying to collect money. The attention and care you get is unbeatable

I used to really love this place but the service I’ve received as of late was really horrible. Whenever you try to call their office, nobody answers. You always have to leave messages and hope that the nurses will return your call. I’ve never really had a problem with Dr. Boone’s nurses, but Dr. McCloskey’s nurses are extremely unprofessional. I’ve been having a medical problem, and my normal OBGYN(Dr. Boone) recommended I see Dr. McCloskey for the issue. I have been trying to get in touch with her nurses for *OVER A WEEK.* I’ve probably called over 10 times and left a handful of messages. I still haven’t received a response. I was very patient and polite when this problem started about 3 weeks ago, but as the problem became worse it was more imperative that I come in to see the doctor for an emergency appointment. The head nurse is the only one who can make these appointments, and she’s the same one who has YET to call me back. I’ve never gone to a doctors office where they cared so little about their patients. I almost feel discriminated against since I’m not a patient who is pregnant — just seen as a regular. The office is very clean and I really enjoyed having Dr. Boone as my OBGYN(also why I didn’t give this place 1 star), but I’m going to switch practices. I still have yet to hear back from them about the medical problem I’ve been having and I’ve called several times this morning.

The wait at this place is terrible. Anytime I accompany my wife, we have to wait an hour. Why is it that doctor offices are the worst with punctuality? If my wife didn’t love her OB so much, I’d never come back.
