These guys are rude as Fuk! The first time I went to their location to ask about a battery. I stepped into the«office» which was lined with boxes and parts. I’m southern to the bone so when I enter a place i speak to everyone there. The guy took forever to even acknowledge me. He asked what kind of scooter i had because he was unfamiliar with it. He huffed a bunch as i looked for a pic to show him. Once i pulled it up, he walks away to his computer to look it up and told me he didn’t have it. I asked him if he could print out the part so i could look elsewhere. Now he doesn’t ink in his printer. I left with the impression these guys didn’t want to be bothered or didn’t like making money. 2nd time I called to see if they had a headlight for my scooter. The guy that answered didn’t seem to pleased to be taking a phone call to begin with so i ask and the guy proceeded to look up the part which they didn’t have — that was fine but before i could ask him anything else he quickly stated he didn’t know how long it would take to order the part and he didn’t know anyone that had the part and he HUNGUP! WTF! How fuking rude! Customer service is not they’re strong suit. If you have questions about the parts your looking for i wouldn’t recommend calling these assholes. the 1 star rating was mandatory. if i could do negative stars these guys would be –3

These guys are awesome. I took my scooter in without an appointment to have brake caliper rattling addressed. I left the scooter overnight and it was ready the next day. I was only charged for 30 minutes labor and no parts were needed. They did not try to sell me something I did not need. I will definitely be back again. It’s great to finally have a reliable mechanic close to home. Their mechanic also works every week day unlike some other local shops. I found them to be prompt, honest and very friendly. Also, their parts selection is amazing.( ) I give them an A+
