The workers are extremely rude. This is my second visit. I did notice last visit they seemed to have been having a «bad day» it seems. Today they were just plain rude. I asked for a single glove like I normally do at any buffet. The two cashiers were gave me the glare of death for asking. They in turn asked a Spanish lady in the back who said ok and a Spanish heavy set man came from the back and they all began to speak Spanish while literally laughing and staring at me. The place was practically empty so all eyes were definitely on me. I asked one of the two cashier girls was everything ok and her reply(while still giving a death glare) was«asking for a glove is not something people normally ask for». So much for customer service here because if you ask for anything outside of the norm you basically are made to feel ashamed for asking. Terrible customer service! Food wise it is pretty ok. The cleanliness can use some help and the restrooms are not pretty but the soap dispenser was filled. Also they’re were flies in the dining area.

We didn’t have any issues. The food was hot and the place is old but clean. I kept seeing them put out fresh food. It is open on Sunday. It has a big game room too.

Went in at 9 only to be told they were closed a complete hour early because they were«slow» even though there were other people eating inside.

Hey do u want your pizza hot? Then don’t do delivery they said an hour at first fine but it turns into 1 h 45 min that is no good. Pizza was not hot and wings were soggy. Just keep that in mind before ordering delivery. Also was only 2 miles away !!!

Pizza is just ok, nothing special. Games and activities for the kids inside. Good for dining in with kids on a rainy day.

I hate to bag on this restaurant cause I eat here a lot and the management folks are nice to my family and I. Originally a sit down kind of pizza place, Gatti’s used to be one of my favorite East Houston places to grab a pie. They have converted to a small children friendly pizza buffett/the sort of video game parlor where most of the games give out tickets which can be used to purchase«valuable» knick-knacks. The good news is they are priced to be competitive with the likes of CiCi’s and the food offerings are better than CiCi’s(and FAR better than what I remember of Chuck E Cheeses) The salad bar has a lot of ingredients(mostly pre fab sure but o. k). There is spaghetti(meat sauce or maranara), and even mac and cheese. There is a good variety of pizza and depending on time of day it can be hot and fresh. Extra kudos for the selection of like 4 different desserts(you know, in case your 2500 calories worth of pizza wasn’t enough). The bad news, if its a time of day when you can count on fresh pizza, you can probably count on lots of video game craving children to battle you for it. There are better pies to be had, maybe even a good Pizza Hut effort is comparable, but if you have kids and want to be hero for a day. Or don’t mind kids and want a wide variety of pizza and stuff for about 7 bucks come here.(PS If your kids are really going ape over the games, they do sell beer by the pitcher… i’m just sayin… o. k…but only if the other parent is driving)
