DO NOT USE THIS DR!!!
I went to this dentist because of a loose tooth and also a loss of a tooth. i knew that my teeth were in bad shape. he told me that i needed to have all my teeth removed and also needed bone grafts. i was so freaked out that i wanted a second opinion and went to my husband s oral surgeon. i explained what Dr Gallardo had said, he looked at the xrays that Dr Gallardo had taken and he was flabbergasted that the so called dentist allowed me to leave his office without telling me that i had a catastrophic infection that had eaten the bone and also that he knew i had a metal rod in my leg, i could have died if i let him work on me. please DO NOT USE this dentist! your life could depend on it. also i do not have lose all my teeth, will have to lose a few but not all. he did keep calling about getting me financed and if that didnt work could try to get a co-​signer. he is just after $$$$$
