Used them for a total house cleaning, got more than my money’s worth out of it. They work very hard, fast and thorough. Estimate was reasonable price for a 5 day deep clean and was done in less than 5 days. If you are looking to get any kind of work around the house done I highly recommend this team. They even do minor repairs.

These guys are hard workers. Maury is easy to work with and truly does everything in his power to make the customer happy. They have done several jobs for me including a major cleanup on my dads house after he passed away. They have also remodeled my kitchen and bathroom of my condo and painted the whole place perfectly. I liked them so much I hired them again to remodel my dads house! Oh, and they also moved me! Talk about one stop shop!

I hired FREEDOM Maids to help me do heavy cleaning in my home and to try to take control of my life again. Due to family illness, my home has become a mess. There wasn’t a room that i could really relax in or could find things in. The guys showed up promptly for our first meeting and for the actual work days. They were patient and hard working and very supportive of my efforts. They worked all day and never even took a break. I was working close by. Polite and pleasant. They cheerfully hauled away my donations piles and restacked the trash bags so my husband will be able to more easily park his car. Organizing and cleaning will require more help, but now I will definitely hire them to help me more of this heavy work.

What a complete rip off and a joke of a company! I purchased a LivingSocial voucher for 3 hours of cleaning and when I reviewed the standards items of what’s included in the residential cleaning, I was happy to see a long list. After my 3 hour service though, I inspected my house only to be disappointed in the service and called the company to provide my feedback. I spoke with a lady named Dawn who was completely rude and provided the worst customer service ever. I informed her that the new linens that I left out in the guest room were not put on the bed, I found dust still on the furniture, there was cobwebs and dust on some decorative items in my hallway, bathroom items (like toothbrushes) were found outside of the bathroom on my bedroom dresser, the mirrors weren’t wiped, my bathroom floors weren’t mopped because there’s still dust behind the toilet, my kitchen floors weren’t mopped because there’s still cereal crumbs under neath the kitchen table, etc. I didn’t expect a complete deep cleaning but I also expected more out of 3 hours of professional house cleaning. After my phone call, I wasn’t offered any type of satisfaction guarantee or that anyone would come back out. All Dawn said was she would talk to the lady who cleaned and get her side of the story. Sorry, but doesn’t customer satisfaction include offering some sort of commitment that the company will come back out to check things out or redo anything??? Never will I use this company again. And I don’t recommend anyone else either.

I have been using Freedom Maids for over 3 years. Maury Hammond and his fabulous crew are as good as it gets, truly. Before I found Freedom Maids, I went through 4 people and 2 service companies. To say the least I was very disappointed. My ladies are honest, hard-​working, prompt, and actually have become members of my family (in my heart). They are very professional yet kind and polite.
Maury is a businessman of the highest integrity. I love working with his company.
