Unbelievably bad customer support! I waited on hold for over an hour, finally reached a tech support representative with zero personality, didn’t ask for my phone number in case we got disconnected. Guess what? We got disconnected! I tried to send several live chats, no response. I called back, and was told by the recording that it would be ANOTHER57MINUTEHOLDTIME!!! I’m headed to the store right now to return this piece of crap equipment that cannot be installed without the help of tech support and tech support and customer service SUCKS. Don’t ever buy FOSCAM. Just noticed it’s right in their name, SCAM

Whatever you do, NEVER buy Foscam baby monitors. I bought one for my baby son and it broke down within a month. I called customer service for help and it was like pulling teeth to get them to acknowledge that their made in China piece of junk is actually not working. They sent me an email with a laundry list of the paperwork I needed to include with my returned piece of sh*t which I paid $ 120 + tax for, and when I finally mailed it back, it took a week for the pre-paid mail to get to them and another week before they mailed me a new piece… ORSO I THOUGHT!!! Turns out, they mailed back the exact same piece, or a refurbished one(I knew it was not new because the plastic that usually covers a new monitor wasn’t there), and WORST part is… NOPICTURE! I kept getting the«out of range» signal. I tweaked, read the manual many times, to no avail. The piece of sh*t still wouldn’t work, and I really don’t want to go through the experience of mailing it back again. I am going to take the loss and buy a made in the USA baby monitor or just about ANYTHING that is not FO-SCAM!!!
