Flowers By Nino Inc

Can’t say much about customer service, but the flowers were average price and lasted almost a week.

One of m favorite things in the world is fresh cut flowers. With that being said– shout out to Flowers by Nino. They did a beautiful job on my Dad’s Memorial service yesterday. In addition, I have received multiple arrangements from them for other occasions and they have always been long lasting and gorgeous. The value of their flowers far surpasses any other company I have used or seen. They are professional, customer service oriented and an all around class act. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor– skip the websites and order locally.

This flower shop is the standard that our organization has contracted with several times for sacred events. They will complete the job in a memorable way!

Ordered flowers yesterday for my daughter’s birthday today. They are as beautiful if not more beautiful than the representation of them on the website. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!
Will most definitely use this company again in the future. BTW, I ordered from Jersey Village Florist but Flowers by Nino delivered them. I found out that they are owned by the same people. The only problem is that they forgot to add the happy birthday balloon. I would assume that is because one shop took the order and the other shop fulfilled the order. Oh and the aroma of the flowers is super sweet. Thank you Flowers by Nino and/​or Jersey Village Florist!

I ordered through Sarah’s Florist, yet somehow the flowers came through this place. Ordered a dozen pink roses for my mother as a happy surprise as she has been going through a tough time. She wasn’t home when they attempted to deliver and left her a voicemail that was rude, snarky, and disrespectful. The flowers were a surprise and she didn’t know they were coming (I was informed anytime after 1pm so wasn’t going to tell her to stay home ALL day!) Instead of being welcomed home to a beautiful bouquet, she received a rude voicemail asking «WHY SHE WASN’T HOME. YOU NEED TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE!“She felt sad and guilty, the exact opposite of why I sent her flowers in the first place.
On top of that, the roses were whispy and not what I would have expected considering the reviews of Sarah’s Florist. Even without this, the customer service my mother received was more than disappointing.
Won’t be ordering again.

Best florist in TX! It’s not just about the work, but on how sweet and humble these people are. I love the determination and hard work to make sure you get the best of the best. Highly recommend!!!
