Five Nine Lounge

This was my 3^rd time here at FiveNine and I was looking forward to hookah. After all, I drove from Pearland to this area just for their hookah.
I normally sit at the high tables in the middle but the booths were empty, so we sat in one. We waited for a few minutes for someone to come over and take out order. No one came so my friend went to order and asked if it was okay if we can sit in the booth. The waitress asked us to sit in the first booth because the one that we were sitting in may be taken. As we walked to the first booth, less than 15ft, I saw a man put a piece of paper on the table of the booth and we went to sit down. The guy told us that we cannot sit in the booth. I told him that the waitress told us that it was okay to sit here. The man replied, «Well I am the owner and you can’t sit here». It doesn’t matter what I said after because I would never patronize a business with an owner who talks to his customer’s like he spoke to me. I hope he is able to take the constructive criticism that I provided (for free) and improve his communication skills with his patrons.

Ghetto fabs… won’t be coming back, took forever to get anything. Better to buy your own hookah and enjoy at your own leisure at home! Bunch of hood rich, but who am I to judge…

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! Total rip off! My boyfriend and I went there tonight and we ordered pizza, drinks, and of course hookah. The pizza took 40 mins to come out which is so ridiculous because it’s pizza. The drinks were average, and the hookah tasted like soap after we tired numerous flavors. The bartender kept making excuses for things we didn’t even notice. She basically kept telling us how bad this place sucks… when we first got there I wanted a piña colada and she couldn’t make one because they «didn’t have frozen drinks», but it was on the menu??? In addition, our hose was cracked for our hookah, and the person delivering our hookah smoked our hookah while bringing it to us… can you say fucking gross??? When we walked in the place it looked cheap because their décor was all burnt and disgusting looking… NOT A FAN. Will not be coming back. Please share.

Won’t be coming back. They have a pay first policy for everything, including food. Apparently theyve had a problem with people leaving without paying. Played it safe for the first time visit and got something as simple as chicken tenders which came piping hot, but somehow managed to be raw. Hookah took unreasonably long to come out considering the place wasn’t packed nor busy. Drinks are good, but inconsistent in strength. 1 waitress took care of everyone while they had two people are bar which no one was sitting. Décor is something to be desired as the couches are littered with holes from coals falling on them. I suggest you save yourself your time and money and go elsewhere.

if you want see fights and people dam near burning down the place, well this is the place for you! me and a couple of my friends went to this place last night, and grabbed us a table & low & behold it was the worst experience ever! we never got our hookahs, saw a fight breakout as mentioned earlier, saw several near burnings where drunken ppl accidentally knocked over the hookahs onto the floors & couches… never again! baby, run for your lives!!! #totallybadexperince

If you are looking for a good time with good service with a reasonable wait time this is NOT the place for you! If you must go, go on a Saturday! The hookahs will take forever to come but there will be better music and a better bartender on Saturday.
The bartender on Fridays delivers too much attitude and I’m sorry but last time I checked that wasn’t on the menu!
