This place isn’t one of their «showroom» locations, it is more of a place where contractors’ go to get parts, I guess. But they do counter sales to the general public (i.e., me), if you’ve spent a few days on Google becoming a plumbing «expert». LOL
The staff here are SUPER nice and very helpful, which makes it less intimidating for someone like me, who could easily turn something like changing a toilet tank flap into a 2-​hour project. It’s one of those places with old-​school customer service, which I haven’t experienced in years, and it was a pleasure to make my little purchase there. The next time I have plumbing issues (fingers crossed), I’m going to spend less time on the internet or on the phone, and just drive straight here!
