Horrible customer service, very disorganized, manager not interested in the fact that so many people in line and no one helping them. Then to top it off, they don’t have the package when the notice clearly indicates they do,

FedEx attempted a delivery to my place of business during closed hours so I contacted them as soon as possible to try and pick up my package. I called a rep to pick it up at a store location, I go to the location but the rep apparently never puts on in the memos to redirect my shipment so it gets sent to another office. So I drive down to the other office just to find out that they were closed already at 5 after the stupid representative said to come by after 6 pm. I now have unhappy customers along with myself who is very displeased with this company in general. No wonder their reviews are so bad on Google. FedEx is a joke of a company cause their employees don’t give two shits about anything. #ihateyoufedex I never wanted to use you anyways. Damn Amazon. P. S. I called into customer service 5 times and got hung up on 3 times. I know it was on purpose cause one girl hung up on me as soon as I got frustrated and said I wanted to make a complaint.

I work near here and the option to have them hold my package so I can pick it up on my lunch break is so much better than having it delivered to my apartment door where it may or may not be there when I return home. Love this option! Will pick up all my packages from here!

This is the FedEx facility where you go to pick up a package that was attempted to be delivered, needed a signature, but you were not there to receive and sign for it. This location is easy to locate, easy to get in and out of, and has a very courteous staff. The door tag I had said the package would be available after 4:30PM. Indeed it was(unlike UPS, where I’ve received the run around that the driver hasn’t «returned from his route yet and we don’t know when he’ll be in» sort of stuff). Nice. It was a snap to get in, hand over your door tag, show your ID, sign that you picked it up and be on your way. You can’t get any better than this. They said it would be there — and it was. Employees got it for me quickly. I left. I’m happy. What more could I want?
