Terrible branch. I’ve been waiting for almost 25 minutes to ship a package and they can’t get he computer to work. There are 4 computers and 4 employees, including the assistant manager and manager, and yet I’m still waiting. I’m letting this review while I wait. As I wait, I’m overhearing another customer discuss how they lost a package for her and can’t find it. The employees have terrible customer service. I’d avoid this location at all cost.

Don’t bother trying to drop off pre-​paid packages here, at least not ones over 1 lb: they want to charge extra for the privilege of dropping off at this location! This is — obviously — free at any other FedEx location. Also, please note that the 1200 Louisiana address is the address of the Hyatt hotel — the FedEx is inside, and is on the Dallas St side of the building (more or less at the corner of Dallas & Smith). If in doubt, ask the concierge desk for directions.
It’s worth the four block walk north to 801 Louisiana to find a FedEx Office location.
