After dealing with a flooded vehicle and a mistaken insurance adjuster, Billy took care of me and found me the best rental SUV in the area! It was such a joy to walk in and see his smiling face and after the last SUV on their lot drove off, he called and reserved one at another location for me to go pick up at my convenience. I’m in the auto industry and was extremely pleased with the service at this Enterprise location!

My accident happened after hours and I thought for sure I would be out of luck until the next morning. Certainly not true, the one GOOD thing that happened was Nick Reynolds still in the office doing what he does best taking care of customers. I was in the best hands at my most vulnerable time, and customer service at that level is extremely hard to come by. An absolutely GREAT experience. Thanks again for being there in my time of need.

Was visiting from Virginia for a week. I’ve always used enterprise. Got to George W Bush Airport Enterprise and were told that I was at the wrong location. When I called to reserve the car I made sure the pickup was going to be at the airport where my flight landed. Well needless to say It wasn’t. So I had to pay a cab fare $ 30 to be driven to another enterprise location. I was tired upset frazzled and very unhappy by the time I got to this particular location. The staff was very courteous accommodating and understanding. Thank you very much.

I had to get rid of the loaner car from Pro Masters. I thought it was going to fall apart on me. The doors wouldn’t even close all the way. WTF? Again, I can’t complain. I wouldn’t have been able to get a rental from Enterprise at 11 pm on a Friday night.
My insurance company submitted a reservation for me at this Enterprise. The entire process took about 10 minutes. All I had to do was give them $ 50. I get that $ 50 back when I return the car. They copied my driver’s license and proof of ownership. Signed and initialed here and there. Inspected the car for dings and scratches. Done.
It might have only taken 10 minutes for another reason too… they had 2… yes 2 cars for me to choose from. Chevy Impala or Chevy Malibu. I picked the Malibu since it was somewhat bigger. But hey at least the doors closed all the way.
