I’ve been working out with Robert McNeil from Elements of Fitness for about 15 months now. The results are amazing he does more than train you on weights he sculpts your body and reshapes your problem areas. I’ve been working out for years with very little results and in the time I’ve workout with Elements of fitness I’ve lost 10% body fat and dropped down 2 sizes. His workouts are constantly changing and keeping my body alert. I highly recommend a one on one session or joining his bootcamps.
