I called today to make an order for an arrangement, but the woman who answered the phone was so rude that I ended up calling the franchise on Durham, instead. She answered all my questions with one or two word fragments. When she asked for the address the arrangement should be taken to, I asked her if she could wait a minute so that I could get the address for her. And … Silence! She didn’t even acknowledge my request! She was the rudest company representative I’ve spoken to in a long time. I just couldn’t bring myself to give that store my money after experiencing her attitude.
