Dots

This chain of stores had first went out of business, but someone else bought it and reopened it. I enjoy this little place. I can find some great, classy pieces here for a decent price. This is the place where I stock up on my sun-​dresses. I am a huge fan of their sun dresses. I can find cute tops here. Now I have seen really cute items in the plus size section that is not available for the other sections. However, if you need to make a quick run for an outfit or a few pieces, you will more than likely find something in this place without the hassle of being at the mall.

Datgum! What is it at the Westheimer @ Hillcroft and Bellaire @ Gessner locations?! The employees over do the customer service. They are constantly in your face with the question that they ask multiple times about how they can help you find something! I either need to cut out shopping at Dots altogether or go to a store that is mildly-​mannered. I notice, too, that when you return something to them, they develop no-​talking-​to-​you attitudes! Maybe I need to do returns with them more often! The prices are okay, but the clothing material can be better. They sell a lot of material that is polyester and nylon, which in the state of Texas, we need cotton so that our bodies can breathe!

Dots is a fantastic store for women of all ages. They have a great selection of stylish, up-​to-​date clothes in all sizes. I can always find something in this store. Houston has numerous stores throughout the city, so there’s bound to be one near you. My only complaint would be the women’s section does not have the same choices as the other sections. A lot of times I will find a blouse that I like in the misses or juniors, but the same blouse will not be available in the women’s. Other stores, like JC Penney, will offer the same clothing choices in each section. Other than that, this store is awesome and I will continue to shop here. You can’t go wrong with the styles or the price. Dots is much cheaper than department stores, but equally as stylish with the same quality. Find a Dots near you and check them out!
