Today was raining so I decided to order pizza. We decided to order Dominoes and get it delivered. It came in a timely manner but when I opened the boxes the order was totally wrong. I ordered a Brooklyn Deluxe Feast light on the sauce and extra cheese. The other pizza was a hand tossed bacon cheeseburger feast light on the sauce and extra cheese. What I got was two of the sorriest looking plain cheese pizzas I’ve even seen in my life. I called and was put on hold for six minutes and then hung up on. I ended up driving over to voice my complaint and take the pizzas back. The excuses were ridiculous as to why I got what I got and I think it was because there was no manager on duty. I will never order from this sorry excuse of a dominoes pizza place again!

Delivery took forever. Buffalo wings had no sauce was later told they had run out of. Sauce that’s why I didn’t get any. Pizza is cold and management doesn’t care. Spoke to corporate and was told they would take care of it. Tried to buy me off with lava cakes.

I order delivery from them all the time and they are always on time, I am highly satisfied with them and the pizza is just delicious:)

They have quick delivery drivers. never waited more than 35 mins. Although I am fairly close to the location. You will have a much better experience with Dominos if you choose either The brooklyn style crust, or thin crust. The regular is a bit carboardish and just not that good. They are fast and so far they are always on point with the toppings.
