Wow, I finally found a company that not only knows automation but is willing to explain the workings to the client. Everyone else I had in to look at our system made it sound like rocket science and treated me as though there was no way I would understand. JJ is very patient and helpful in explaing the Nuvo and RTI programming. I like having a basic understanding of what I paid for.

This review is long over due. Digital Delight mounted a flat screen in our living room, installed two other TV’s, sold us/installed in-ceiling speakers throught our house(and outside in our patio) and sold us/installed a blue ray, receiver — all compatible with 2RTI remotes. The initial customer service is fantastic — courteous, knowledgable, on time, and very nice techs. No problem at all with that… The main problems are with Quality and Attention to Detail. When we spend over 10K on top of the line products and service, we expect both. Here is what we got: Wires stapled to our elevator shaft that needed to be removed and replaced when elevator installed, a large six inch diameter whole cut into our very nice walnut shelving to vent the over-heating components in the cabinet(they said they would vent the fan into our fireplace shaft but didn’t do it, apologize or fix the hole), persistent problems with programming and hissing of speakers, and excessive«service charges» to address these ongoing issues. Initial customer service is great but the lasting impression is customer service over time. That was very poor. I wouldn’t use these guys again. My review reflects that.
